If you believe that your copyrighted material has been posted on our site without authorization, you may submit a takedown request using the form linked below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, please include the following information in your submission:
- Your full legal name and contact information (mailing address, phone number, and email)
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- The exact URL(s) on GameShows.com where the allegedly infringing material appears
- A good faith statement that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your electronic signature (typed full name)

Supporting Documentation: You may include a link to supporting documentation (e.g., a Dropbox or Google Drive folder) in the form. If you prefer, you may email supporting files separately to support@gameshows.com
with the subject line: "DMCA Supporting Files – [Your Name]".
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice using the same form. Please clearly indicate that your submission is a counter-notification and include:
- Your full legal name and contact information
- The URL of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court and will accept service of process from the original complainant
- Your electronic signature
Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
False Claims Warning
Submitting a DMCA takedown request without a good faith belief, or knowingly misrepresenting a claim, may expose you to civil liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages and attorneys’ fees.
